the world's shortest commercial flight?

 

At just over one nautical mile between them, Kegata and Apowo airstrips in Papua, Indonesia, are separated by a deep valley making light aircraft sensible transport between the two villages.

We don't know the answer to the question, but there is another very short commercial flight between Westray and Papa Westray in the Orkney Islands, Scotland.
