Queen of England ages on new NZ banknote designs

The current note
The note to be introduced next year

The Canadian note from about 2 years ago
Monarchists will be relieved the Queen of England is staying on the $20 note, albeit aged more, according to the new designs released yesterday by the Reserve Bank of NZ. She also happens to be on the Canadian $20 note (worth about the same in $A) which is very similar in colors to the NZ one. Canada is also where the new NZ polymer banknotes are being printed, at the Canadian Bank Note Company (CBNC) plant in Ottawa.

We proposed putting Billy T. James on the $20 instead in a post from a few years ago, but it seems that Commonwealth protocol has it that the monarch should feature on one banknote.
